Convenient location for conferences at EICC, with modern and clean rooms. Staff were very accommodating and provided a small personalized touch for our stay. Daily fresh towels and excellent WiFi. Effective use of space in the rooms. Overall a highly recommended accommodation.

Great location for exploring the city, close to popular attractions and shops. Friendly and welcoming staff. Enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel.
Room was extremely small, not enough space to move around or open suitcases comfortably. Bed was uncomfortably small, felt cramped even for skinny individuals.

In this city, I had a great stay at a hotel with fantastic staff who were really helpful and friendly. The location was perfect as it was not far from the train station and really in the heart of everything. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had great facilities including transportation access, parking, and was super close to restaurants and bars.
Nothing to fault.

This hotel had a prime location, close to all the main attractions. It was a short walk to the castle, city center, and tram to the airport. The room was very spacious, clean, and came with plenty of plug sockets, towels, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the curtains were thick to prevent light from disturbing sleep.
The hotel lacked tea/coffee facilities in the guest rooms, and some visitors were uncertain about whether the facilities provided at reception required payment.

The location is central and perfect, staff are fantastic and friendly, rooms are spotlessly clean with modern touches, and the TV and Wi-Fi are great.
Couldn't stay longer.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to walk to the main attractions easily. Secondly, the staff were really nice and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent. There was a good variety of options, including Scottish food like porridge and haggis, and they even had fresh coffee and tea.
No negative aspects to mention, everything was ok.
